dc.description.abstract | Algeria, like other countries, is trying to set the actual frameworks for practicing some approaches in the framework of the preparation of national policies, plans, programs and strategies to promote local development, but the problem of the Algerian government lies in the lack of effective practice and strict work of monitoring and supervision despite the inherent wealth of resources, especially fossil energy and Its apparent renewable energies of all kinds, which enables it to decipher the underdevelopment and achieve the goals set for two decades, especially in the southern regions and Ouargla model model classified as the richest state in Algeria. One of the findings is that Ouargla province has development indicators and all resources and possibilities, but the absence of tight governance led to the disruption of development locally prevented the realization of Algeria's Vision 2030. | en_US |
