Abstract: The research approaches the concepts of the Islamic cognitive model and its outputs in the political field, in an attempt to break the existing overlap between the state's perception in Islamic thought resulting from the need to adhere to the principles and constants of the above model, and the possibility of adaptation, harmony, and flexibility in adopting the concepts and vocabulary of the modern state, which is The product of historical and epistemological development of a Western cognitive model, which differs in the principles, principles and outputs, the researcher attempts through this thesis to overcome the sanctity of words and buildings that framed the concept of the state throughout the historical experience associated with the Islamic reference, without prejudice to the purposes. The researcher aims to re-establish the concepts of politics and the state by analyzing the repulsion of the theoretical and philosophical foundations of Western and Islamic theories, cultures and political images, through a specific framework of interrelationships and the search for the origins of the problem in the infrastructure. To see both directions of the world, which is the cornerstone of this issue, given the value it creates for political perceptions, concepts and cultures.
