Methods of exploitation of the wakfs real estate directed for investment

Abstract

This article aims to study the method for the exploiting wakfs real estate built or inbuilt ,oriented for the realization of investment projects located in the urbanized or urbanizable sectors, as defined in the amenagement and urban instrument stated in the law N90-29 included the edited and complement urban planning and development law .

the exploiting wakfs real estate oriented for the realization of investment projects are considered as the most important administrative contracts which the wakfs authority concluded regarding its high interest in the valuation and the development of the wakfs ,to be in accordance with the economic development and the legal system.
