Commentary on Article 6 bis of the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedures

Abstract

This study deals with the commentary on the text of Article 6 bis about the Algerian criminal code Procedure, of 23 July 2015 provided that a complaint is submitted by the social bodies of the institution before the commencement of any action. Where the commentary approach is followed the legal texts that address the subject in terms of formal and substantive.
