Abstract

تحسين وتطوير النباتات واستغلالها في جميع مجالات الزراعة والصيدلة والطب. كنا مهتمين بهذا الموضوع بعنوان ; حيث تناولت الدراسة Ziziphus Spina Christi دراسة مقارنة للزيوت النباتية المستخلصة من ثمار نبات .حيث تناولت الدراسة نشاط مضادات الأكسدة والخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية ,والتقييم البيولوجي للزيوت النباتية لديها قدرة كبيرة على منع الجذور الحرة بفضل هذه النتائج ,يمكن اعتبار زيت السدر النباتي مصدر طبيعيا لمركبات مضادات الأكسدة

Nous nous sommes intéressés à ce sujet intitulé : Etude comparative de l’huile végétale dérivée des fruits de la plante Ziziphus Spina Christi pour les régions de Metlili et Djamoura où l’étude portait sur l’activité antioxydante et les propriétés physico-chimiques, L’évaluation biologique de l’huile végétale a une super capacité de bloquer les radicaux libres. Grâce à ces résultats, l’huile végétale de Sidr peut être considérée comme une source naturelle de composés antioxydants

We considered that the subject of our note is a comparative study of vegetable oil derived from the fruits of the plant Ziziphus Spina Christi for the areas of Metlili and Djamoura, where the study focused on antioxidant activity and physical and chemical properties. The biological evaluation of vegetable oil has a super antioxidant capacity. Through these findings, the vegetable oil of Sidr can be considered as a natural source of antioxidant compounds
