Abstract

The world-famous clover plant Midicago sativa is a plant used in many magazines, especially in medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics and agriculture. It has many properties, but the lack of scientific studies of its characteristics led us to study its physical, chemical and biological properties. therefore,we extracted the main oil of alfalfa seedes form the marjaja area in traditional way and the yiled was 4.61, among its physical proprties of yellowish–green color and smell and prick,The refractive index was estimated at 1.3349, the pH of 8.83, the chemical characteristic of the mobility of36/Sµ363, In terms of biological propertieswhere bacterial activity and anticoagulant activity were studied( TP and TCK), the results showed the effectiveness of oil on these two activities
