أهمية تقرير محافظ الحسابات في إتخاذ قرارات أطراف ذوي المصلحة دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أطراف ذوي المصلحة بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أهمية تقرير محافظ الحسابات في إتخاذ القرارات من خلال إبداء رأيه مدعم بالأدلة وبراهين إثبات حول شرعية وصدق القوائم المالية. للوصول لأهداف ونتائج الدراسة إستخدمنا أداة الإستبيان في الدراسة الميدانية وقد إعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الإستبيانات على برنامجي EXCEL،SPSS . وخلصت الدراسة الى اهمية تقرير محافظ الحسابات بالنسبة لأطراف ذوي المصلحة بحيث يجعلهم على دراية بمستوى المؤسسة وكذا درجة الإلتزام بالتشريعات والأحكام المعمول بها وذلك كون محافظ الحسابات من واجبه المحافظة على أموال المؤسسة ومعرفة كفاءة استخدام تلك الأموال والتي ترتبط باستمرارها وتطورها

The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of the governor of accounts, his duties and responsibilities, and the role of his report in making decisions by expressing his opinion supported by evidence and proof of proof about the legitimacy and validity of the financial statements. To reach the objectives and results of the study, we used the questionnaire tool in the field study and we relied on the analysis of the questionnaire data on EXCEL, SPSS. The study concluded the important role of the governor's report for interested parties to make them aware of the level of the institution as well as the degree of compliance with the legislations and the provisions in force as the governor of accounts is obliged to preserve the funds of the institution and knowledge of the efficiency of the use of these funds,
