دراسة العلاقة بين التضخم والبطالة في الجزائرفي الفترة (1980-2018)

Abstract

إن دراستنا لموضوع بحثنا والذي يدور مضمونه في دراسة العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم والذي كان على أساس إشكالية عامة هي: ما هي طبيعة العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر؟ فالبطالة والتضخم أضحيا من أخطر المشاكل التي تواجه العالم عامة، والدول النامية خاصة ومنها الجزائر، وهذا لتعدد أنواعها وأسبابها.ووفقا لمنحنى فيلبس الذي يبني العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم والذي كان منطلقا لنا في دراستنا التي اقتضت تحليلا شاملا للبطالة والتضخم في الجزائر.كما رأينا أن الدولة وفي إطار مخططاتها للقضاء على البطالة والتضخم، وضعت عدة برامج في هذا المجال، لكنها كانت غير كافية أمام التفاقم المحتوم لهذه الظاهرتين بالإضافة لكونها ذات فعالية محدودة من حيث الزمان والمكان وبالرغم من قدراتها البشرية والمادية والمالية المعتبرة لتحقيق هدفها وهو القضاء على الظاهرتين لكن لم تحد منهما. ومن هنا تأتي إجابتنا على التساؤل المطروح علاقة البطالة والتضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري فهي مضطربة بين علاقة طردية وعكسية نسبيا خلال الفترة المدروسة (1980-2018).

This studyisaimingatshedding light on the relationshipbetween unemployment and inflation throughidentifying the nature of the links between unemployment and inflation in Algérie. Because of the variousforms and the different causes they have, unemployment and inflation are among the mostseriousproblemsfacing the world in general, and the developing countries, especiallyAlgeria. In light of the new developments and changes that have recentlytaken place. According to the Phelps curve, which shows the relationshipbetween unemployment and inflation, and whichwas the starting point for ourstudyrequiring a comprehensiveanalysis of unemployment and inflation in Algeria, In the framework of its plans to stop unemployment and inflation, the State has made several programs, whichkeepunable to fulfill the rolebeingassumed to and ineffective in terms of time and space, despite all the considerablehuman, material and financialmeans to achieve the goals abovestated . The studyconcluded the analysiswith an attempt to answer the main question about the links of unemployment and inflation in the Algerian economy; it states thatitwasunstablebetweenbeingsometimesdirectly or inverselyrelatedduring the period in question (1980-2018)
