أثر الواردات على النمو الاقتصادي دراسة قياسية (1980 – 2017)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر أدوات السياسة النقدية في كبح معدلات التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2017). تم استخدام أدوات السياسة النقدية متمثلة في كل من عرض النقود وسعر الفائدة كمتغيرات مستقلة والتضخم كمتغير تابع، لتحليل ومعالجة البيانات تم اختيار دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج VAR ضمن برنامج Eviews9. وكان من اهم النتائج المتحصل عليها وجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر الفائدة ومعدل التضخم، أي كلما زاد سعر الفائدة انخفض معدل التضخم، وحسب اختبار السببية فان سعر الفائدة يسبب في التضخم، وهذا للحد من المعروض النقدي المتداول. كما خلصت الدراسة الى ان السياسة النقدية نجحت إلى حد ما في كبح الضغوط التضخمية .

This study aims to show the effect of monetary policy instruments in curbing inflation rates in Algeria during the period 1990-2017. Weused money supply and interest rates (Monetary policy instruments) as independent variables and inflation as a dependent variable. We conducted the econometric study using the VAR model within the Eviwes9 program to address and analyze the data. The most important results obtained were an inverse relationship between the interest rate and the rate of inflation, ie the higher the interest rate the lower the rate of inflation. According to the causality test, the interest rate causes inflation and this to reduce the money supply. The study also found that monetary policy succeeded to some extent in curbing inflationary pressures.
