Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة جانب مهم من جوانب نشاط شركة التأمين الجزائرية ألا وهو التعويضات المدفوعة من طرف شركة التأمين للمؤمن لهم عند تحقق الخطر وأثرها على الأداء المالي للشركة من خلال دراسة الإشكالية التي تمحورت حول أثر نظام التعويضات على الأداء المالي في شركة التأمين الجزائرية saa المديرية الجهوية بورقلة، وهذا لاعتبار التعويضات عنصر أساسي ومؤثر في نشاط هذه الأخيرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بدراسة القوائم المالية التي تخص الشركة خلال السنوات 2013_2017 وعلى ضوء ذلك تم تجميع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستعمال مختلف النسب والمؤشرات المالية التي تخص شركة التأمين، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه توجد علاقة عكسية بين التعويضات المقدمة وكل من الأموال الخاصة والنتيجة الصافية وبالتالي التأثير العكسي لنظام التعويضات على الأداء المالي.

The aim of thisresearchis to study an important side of among the sides of the activity of the algerianinsurance society whichis the repaymentgiven by the insurance society to insurantewhenthereisreally a danger and itseffect on the financialperformonce of the society through the study of the problem about the effect of the repaywent system on the financial performance of the algerianinsurance society (saa) regionaldirectorate of ouargla,thisisconcerning the repaymentas an essentsalfact and more effective in the activity of this last one. To in prouve the aims of the research, the researcher has studied the financiallistswhichconcerns the society through the years 2013-2017 and on the light of all thottheygathered the instructions and studythem and test the hypothesisusing the differentpercentages and the financialindicatorsconcerning the insurance society. The studies an offosilearrived to manyresulls and the most one isthatthereis relation between the repaymentgiven and the privatefinancues and the clearresult,so the opposite effect of the repayment system on financialact.
