The current study aims to verify the relationship between physical variables (temperature and lighting) and organizational variables (the school environment and the attitude towards the teaching profession) and self-efficacy in primary education teacher Ouargla. The sample of the study consisted of (837) teachers (females and males). The study used a range of tools: thermometer, lighting measurement device, and scale school environment, scale attitude towards teaching profession, and scale self-efficacy Schwarzer Jerusalem (1986). The study is based on the descriptive approach, Statistical analysis is carried out using the statistical program (SPSS) and AMOS, The hypotheses were tested using Pearson coefficient, Multiple correlation, Partial correlation coefficient, Test "t", Multiple regression. The study found the following results: 1. The attitude of teachers of primary education towards teaching profession was positive. 2. The level of the school environment from the point of view of teachers of primary education was high. 3. The level of self-efficacy of the teachers of primary education was high. 4. There is no statistically significant relationship between temperature and the degree of lighting and self efficacy of the teachers of primary education. 5. There is a positive correlation between the school environment and The trend towards teaching profession and the self-efficacy of the teachers of primary education. 6. There are statistically significant differences between those with a positive trend and negative trend towards the teaching profession on the self-efficacy scale in favor of the positive trend. 7. There is a statistically significant effect for the school environment and the trend towards the teaching profession on the self-efficacy of the teacher of primary education. On the basis of these results, this study confirmed with a number of recommendations and proposals for future studies.
