مساهمة الأدوات الاقتصادية في تسيير النفايات الصلبة الحضرية في الجزائر – دراسة حالة بلدية الوادي-

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في الأدوات الاقتصادية التي يمكن أن تساهم في تسيير النفايات الصلبة الحضرية تسير أمثل، ولقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على إحدى بلديات الجزائر وهي بلدية الوادي، لدراسة واقع تسيير النفايات الصلبة الحضرية على مستواها، إضافة إلى الأدوات الاقتصادية المستخدمة في تسيير هذا النوع من النفايات، وذلك من خلال استعمال عدد من ادوات البحث العلمي أهمها الاستبانة والمقابلة ...الخ. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها عدم كفاية الأدوات الاقتصادية –كما ونوعاً- المعتمدة في الجزائر لتحقيق التسيير الأمثل للنفايات الصلبة الحضرية، كما تم اقتراح نموذج لبرنامج تسيير يمكن تطبيقه في البلدية، وكذلك الأدوات الاقتصادية التي يمكن أن تساهم في الوصول إلى التسيير الأمثل للنفايات الصلبة الحضرية في بلدية الوادي.

The aim of this study is to search in the economy tools which may contribute in managing the solid waste in urban areas better, the purpose of this studyis to highlight one of Algeria'smunicipalitywhichisEl-Oued, to study the reality of solidwaste management on it'slevel, as well as the used economic tools in this managing this type of waste, And through the use of a number of tools of scientificresearch, the most important questionnaire and interview ... etc. the studyconcluded to several results the most important one that there is not enough economic tools -quality and quantity - used in Algeria to achieve the best management for the solid waste on urban areas. Also, a program has been suggested which can be executed in the municipality which may contribute to achieve the best management for the solidwaste on urban areas.
