البنية العاملية للمهارات الأساسية للإدارة الصفية دراسة ميدانية لدى مدرسي التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلىالكشف عن البنية العاملية للمهارات الأساسية للإدارة الصفية لدى مدرسي التعليم الابتدائي, معتمدين في تحقيق ذلك على مقياس المهارات الأساسية الذي تم إعداده بناء على الرصيد النــظري والدراسات السابقة، ومن ثم التحقق من دلالات صدقفقرات باستخدام تحليل العاملي الاستكشافي على عينة بلغ تعدادها(250) والذي ساهم بشكل كبير في تحديد العوامل ومتغيرات المهارات الأساسيةأوضحت النتائج أن التحليل الإحصائي لاختبار المهارات يتضمن ستة عوامل وهي: عامل التخطيط، عامل التقويمعامل مواجهة المشكلات، عامل توجيه الأسئلة، عامل التعزيز، واعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهو الأنسب لمثل هذه الدراسات ذات المتغير الواحد, وقد شملت عينة البحث (558)مدرسابمرحلة التعليم الابتدائيبمقاطعة ورقلة. تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستخدام أسلوب تحليل العاملي التوكيدي, باستخدام أموس(v21 Amos)ومن خلال معايير مطابقة جودة المقياس المعتمدة من طرف الباحثتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن: - البنية العاملية للمهارات الأساسية للإدارة الصفيةتتكون من خمس عوامل أساسية وهي: عامل التخطيط, وعامل التقويم, وعامل مواجهة المشكلات، وعامل التفاعل الصفي، وعامل التعزيز. - يساهمالتحليل العاملي الاستكشافي في تحديد المتغيرات والعوامل المتعلقة بالظاهرة. - النموذج النهائي للمهارات الأساسية للإدارة الصفية حقق مؤشرات مطابقة كافية حسب نتائج التحليل العاملي التوكيدي.

The present study aimed to reveal the skills of classroom management of elementary school teachers. We rely on the basic skill scale, which was prepared according factorial structure of the basic to the theoretical knowledge and previous studies, and then verifying the sincerity of the paragraphs, using exploratory factor analysis on a sample size of (250) which, significantly, contributed in determining the factors and the variables of basic skills. The results show that the factorl analysis of the skills test includes six (6) factors: Planning factor, the evaluation factor, problem-solving factor, means-use factor, the question factor, the reinforcement factor. To find out the truth we based on a descriptive and analytical approach that is best suited to these unique variable studies. The research sample included (558) teachers working in the elementary schools in section of Ouargla. -The study hypothesis was tested using the factor analysis method, Amos v21 Through the criteria for matching the quality of the measure approved by the researchers, the study found that: -The factorial structure of basic skills in classroom management consists of five key factors: the planning factor, the evaluation factor, the problem-solving factor, the classroom interaction factor and the reinforcement factor -The exploratory factor analysis contributes to the identification of variables and factors, related to the phenomenon -The final model of the basic skills of classroom management achieves sufficient matching indicators according to the results of the empirical analysis.
