Abstract: In front of the growing interest in environmental matters and the emergence of the concept of sustainable development and institution found itself in front of the reality makes it imperative to bear toward environmental responsibility, because of the damage caused in the exercise of its activity. These institutions became subject to growing pressure from environmental laws and regulations and professional organizations, prompting many of them to integrate the environmental dimension into their policies and strategies to meet the challenges calling for the need to work for continuous improvement to reach the levels of economic well - being. In order to achieve the objective of the research, which is to highlight the impact of the application of the environmental dimension on the financial performance of the Algerian institutions of soft drinks and juices, we will discuss two main axes; the first axis deals with the theoretical framework from which the research reached and studies on the relationship between the environmental dimension and financial performance. For field study and analysis by highlighting the impact of the environmental dimension on the financial performance of the study institutions.
