Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the effect of organizational values on organizational commitment, The study depended on model "Dave Francis and Mike Woodcock" in classification of organizational values, Two approaches were used, descriptive approaches and an analytical approach, The sample of the study reached (90) administrative workers at the high school of professors in Laghouat, The study results were, The existence of statistically significant effect upon moral significance level (α≤0.05) between organizational values and organizational commitment. The study concluded a set of recommendations aimed to the establishment and strengthening of the system of values among workers, So as to enhance organizational commitment they have.
