Abstract: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the training at the University of Ouargla. we used the interview tool with the training officer. and we distributed questionnaire to a sample of 268 employees who benefited the training. also we used the SPSS to analyze the result, where we found that the training process at the university has several imbalances from the identification of training needs, in addition to the development of programs and methods of training, and also there is no evaluation of the training, and therefore will not achieve the training objectives of improving performance a thousand After training, unless the institution followed the study of scientific and methodological methods in determining the training needs, by evaluating the employees before the training, and then determine the appropriate training program, and identify the imbalances and deviations in the training process by assessing employees after training to know and evaluate the impact of training on the performance of the employees .
