dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of health care service from the perspective of patients in the public hospital institution Mohamed Boudiaf, based on the descriptive analytical methodology, In order to achieve the objective of this study, it distributed a sample estimated at 164 individuals, and was using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) data processing, and the study reached the following result : the quality of health care service is high level in the institution. There are differences in the perception of study sample about the quality of the health care service due the hospital services.en_US
