Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to test the impact of Knowledge Capital in achieving the entrepreneurship of African company for Glass in the state of Jijel , This study is quantitative because it uses the questionnaire that was distributed to110 a constant factor in a Purposive Sample method for collecting data that deals with statistical packages for social sciences (spss), while the use of statistical package of Social Sciences (spss) to the statistical treatment, and has the study found that there is a high level of knowledge capital, and there is a level of average for the Entrepreneurship of the company in the study, in addition to establish a positive impact of Knowledge Capital towards entrepreneurship, which is due to both the structural capital and Customer capital, while human capital has no impact on the achievement of entrepreneurship, and it has been providing explanations and suggestions on the basis of the results .
