Abstract: This study attempts to build a macro-economy model, in order to measure and analyze the global equilibrium in the economies of developing countries. By adapting the Mundell-Fleming model between the periods (1990-2018). This model uses as tool of formulation of suitable economic policies, to achieve a general balance in the three markets: Balance of payments, Money market, Market of goods and services. We have used in this study the structural modeling through DSGE (dynamic stochastic general equilibrium) model. Because of many variables of the macro-economic problems that could be affected on each other and others. Where we have estimated equations of the system formed with developing economy in two ways: 1-equation by equation 2-using the statistical program Eviews10 for four developing countries, with similar economic characteristics (oil exporting countries). The results were concluded that all the variables are in line with economic theory, and estimate results have reflected the real economic reality of these countries. The answer has been reached on problematic and sub-problems that pop-up from.
