dc.description.abstractSchool’s life is nowadays characterized by many psychological ,social and educational problem . These problem discourage the educational systems from realizing Their goal and aims ,and for this reason an urgent need for educational counseling appears . This study comes to examine the reality of university formation and of formation during work of counselors since they are concerned with counseling tasks at the educational institutions . All these efforts are done to evaluate two kinds of formation in order to know the advantages and shortages of the counselor’s task . During the investigation a questionnaire is used in different regions of the state of Ouargla to answer the questions, to analyze and discuss the results and also to conclude the recommendations and the suggestion.en_US
