ETUDE DES CARACTERESTIQUES DE PETROLE BRUT DU CHAMP DJEBEL ONK POUR LE CHOIX D'UN SOLVANT DE STIMULATION DES PUITS

Abstract

Le pétrole brut des puits du champs de Djebel Onk contient des composants lourds de viscosité élevée se suspends comme des dépôts sur les parois de casing, tubing, pompe, tiges de pompage ainsi que sur la section de production des puits. Ces dépôts réduit la production par réduction de la section d’’écoulement du pétrole et augmentent la résistance mécanique des équipements de la pompe a balancé, ainsi que blocage de la pompe et cisaillement des tiges de pompage. Suite au cout de maintenance très élevé, j’ai entamé cette étude approfondie pour, premièrement, définir les caractéristiques du pétrole brut du champ de Djebel Onk, deuxièmes, identification la nature des produits lourds soit paraffines, asphaltènes ou les deux, finalement choix d’un produit chimique disponible à utiliser comme un solvant de stimulation des puits pour remédier périodiquement le seuil de la production.

The crude oil of Djebel Onk field contains high viscosity heavy products that’s stacked inside the well on the wall of the casing, tubing, pump and rods as well as the well head. These heavy products decrease the production of the wells by reducing the production section in all production process, increasing the mechanical resistance of the sucker rod pump equipment, blocking pump and broking the pumping rods. I get the idea to reduce the maintenance high cost to do this new study, firstly, to define the characteristics of Djebel Onk field crude oil, secondly, to determine the kind of heavy products, if paraffinic, asphalting or both together, finally, to choice available chemical product for wells stimulation to remediate periodically the production level.
