dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to determine the impact of applying corporate governance principles to the sustainability of small and medium through achieving their indicators of economic and social indicators, as well as environmental ones. For that the questionnaire was used as tool for scientific research through a survey of managers of small and medium enterprises operating in the productive sector in Djelfa/Algeria in 2018, and the use of modeling equations structural to measure this role. And it was proposed as a prototype structure of the study, then it was modified to match the corresponding indicators for structural modeling. The study concluded that the proper implementation of the corporate governance principles in small and medium enterprises plays a big role in sustainability. Finally we came out with a set of recommendation, the most important of which is to oblige small and medium enterprises to comply with corporate governance standards.en_US
