This paper aims to identify the methods of analysis of waste management time in the university, from the viewpoint of the staff of the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of 20 August 1955 - Skikda - and the extent of their ability to carry out the various tasks assigned to them in a timely manner. The study population consisted of all the 64 employees in the faculty of economics, business and management sciences. The study was applied to a simple random sample, consisting of 42 (about 65.62%). The questionnaire, which included 81 phrases divided into five (05) main themes. The results reached that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample between time management and each of the axes related to: administrative processes, teamwork, delay, absence. These findings have made it imperative for the administration to reconsider the actions of employees as they are late for official working hours and leave their workplaces before 12:00 and do not return until after 13:00, especially since the Algerian legislator has set a time of rest is half of the work.en_US
