Abstract: | This Topic is taking in consideration the undeveloped social responsability offered for employees in our society, the case which is inconsistent with the civilized standards in the world which are motivating to protect human rights at first. This research based on the real use of social responsability made by the External Algerian Bank to the agencies of the Regional Directorate of the South towards its employees according to the standards SA8000. We have been using the Check List option to know the social behaviours that the employees faced daily. The main result was that the Bank has the right to earn SA 8000 certificate although there might be particular difficulties. |
