dc.description.abstract | The study aimed at highlighting the effect of internal communication patterns at the level of motivation of human resources in a service organization - the study of the case of a sample of the staff of the National Institute in the vocational training for the management of Blida - the sample of the study was 30 employees and there was a significant statistical effect at the level of (α ≤ 0.05). After the horizontal Communication and the upward Communication at the level of motivation of the human resource at the National Institute for Vocational Training for Fluorescent Management, there was no statistically significant effect at the level of (𝛼 ≤ 0.05) of the dimension of the downward Communication at the level of motivation of the human resource at the National Institute of Vocational Training For management The study recommended the need to pay attention to the types of internal communication and develop it to increase the level of motivation of human resources to improve the overall performance of the organization in the future | en_US |
