الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بأساليب مواجهة المشكلات في ظل التدريس بالكفاءات لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى أهمية الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بأسلوب مواجهة المشكلات لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في معهد التربية البدنية والرياضية بورقلة وكذلك معرفة هذه العلاقة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق فرضيات ابحث والتي تضمنت عدم وجود علاقة بين مستوى الاحتراق النفسي وأساليب مواجهة المشكلات. وتمثلت عينة البحث في الأساتذة الممارسين لمهنة التدريس في المعهد، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من 25 أستاذا، واعتمد الباحث على مقياسين فالأول مقياس للاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش بحيث يتكون من 27 فقرة، والثاني مقياس أساليب مواجهة المشكلات ويتكون من 30 فقرة. ولخصت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - عدم وجود مستوى مرتفع للاحتراق النفسي لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية لمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية. - عدم وجود مستوى مرتفع لأساليب مواجهة المشكلات لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية لمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية. - عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين الاحتراق النفسي وأسلوب مواجهة المشكلات .

The study aims to identify the importance of psychological combustion and its relationship to the problem of addressing the problems of the professor of physical and athletic education at the secondary level in OUARGLA city, as well as knowing this relationship, the student used the descriptive approach to investigate hypotheses, which included a lack of correlation between the level of psychological combustion and the methods of dealing with problems. The sample of research professors in the teaching profession was at the secondary level, where the core study sample was 36 professors, The student relied on two measurements, the first measure of MASLASH psychological combustion, consisting of 27 paragraphs, and the second measure of the methods of dealing with problems, which consisted of 30 paragraphs. - The study summarized the following findings: -The lack of a high level of psychological combustion of the professor of physical and athletic education of the secondary level. - Lack of a high level of methods of dealing with problems with the professor of physical and athletic education of secondary level. - -The lack of a correlation between psychological combustion and the method of dealing with problems
