During its exploitation, each reservoir suffers from many problems that need developed techniques to insure the continuous production, like the Short Radius in Slim Hole. This work includes general notions about Short Radius and Slim Hole. The methodology applied is collecting and classify all the data of this discipline, in order to elaborate a statistical study of all Slim Hole wells during the "2002-2019" period, followed by a techno-economic analysis and evaluation of all the data of production history and operations carried out before and after the reconversion in order to highlight their profitability and their contribution in production. This theme is enriched by a candidature study of gas-lift optimization by PIPESIM simulation to this kind of well from which we can generate a general conclusion and draw several future recommendations.en_US
