Abstract: In this memory, we evaluated the cost and the feasibility of utilising photovoltaic panel, wind turbine and fuel cell hydrogen to produce the electricity requirements of Fadnoun's primary school as a standalone system. In order to simulate the operation of the system and to calculate the technical and economic parameters, program HOMER® was used in this study. Homer requires some input values like the geographic inputs of Fadnoun area and consumption daily; then the program ranges the feasible system configurations according to the net present cost (43,856,153,9DZ) by using these inputs. Finally, we compare the cost of renewables energies with the cost installation grid system which get it from SONELGAZ and some contractors
