La relance de la céréaliculture sous pivots dans la région de Ouargla (causes et conséquences)

Abstract

Ce travail a pour objectif de vérifier s'il y a une véritable relance de la céréaliculture sous pivots dans la région de Ouargla et d’en connaitre les causes et les conséquences. La méthode est basée sur l’exploitation des documents administratifs et des enquêtes réalisées auprès de 22 exploitations touchant trois principaux axes: l’exploitant, l’exploitation et particulièrement la situation des céréales sous pivots. Les résultats obtenus confirment qu’il ya une relance de la céréaliculture sous pivots dans la région de Ouargla menée principalement par l’Etat avec une forte adhésion des agriculteurs. Elle se manifeste principalement par l’augmentation des superficies sous pivots cependant les rendements restent à vérifier courant les prochaines campagnes agricoles.

This work aims to verify whether there is a real revival of the cereals growing under pivots in the region of Ouargla and to know the causes and consequences of this revival. The method is based on the exploitation of administrative documents and Surveys of 22 farms in three main axes: the exploiter, the exploitation and particularly the situation of the cereals under pivots. The results confirm that there is a revival of cereals growing underpivots in the Ouargla region led mainly by the state with a strong farmer membership. It is manifested mainly by the increase in areas under pivots however the yields remain to be checked current next agricultural seasons.

الهدف من هذا العمل هو التحقق من أنه يوجد اعادة احياء لزراعة الحبوب تحت الرش المحوري في منطقة ورقلة ومعرفة اسباب ونتائج هذا الاحياء. تستند هذه الطريقة على استغلال الوثائق الادارية والدراسات التي أجريت في 22 مزرعة مست ثلاث مجالات رئيسية : تعريف المستثمر, تعريف المستثمرة وبالأخص وضعية زراعة الحبوب تحت الرش المحوري. النتائج المتحصل عليها تؤكد أنه يوجد اعادة احياء لزراعة الحبوب تحت الرش المحوري في منطقة ورقلةالمسير أساسا من طرف الدولة والتحام الفلاحين,والذي يظهرأساسا في زيادة المساحات تحت الرش المحوري بينما لازالت المحاصيل قيد المراجعةخلال المواسم الزراعية القادمة.
