Abstract: Many scientists and theorists have been interested in the marriage system because of the obvious changes in its goals and nature, and because of the problems and challenges it faces as a result of sociocultural, economic and technological transformations ... which are increasing year after year. Different areas of life, especially the values system and the structure of marriage Perhaps one of the most significant changes that touched the structure of marriage is the subject of the delay of marriage age with it poses a set of logical and unfamiliar concepts until recently in the Algerian society, the latter of which is a society Considering the continuing strong adherence to and deep attachment to the traditions inherited and religious values traded deep in its depth, To create a wide area for discussion between specialists and non-specialists as they fall within the framework of new revolutions on the level of conceptual and value representations of individuals and groups. Therefore, this article deals with social and demographic analysis of societal changes and their impact on the late age of marriage and fertility in Algerian society.
