Abstract: The current study aimed to detect the relationship of social intelligence to the violence among university student in the light of the sex and scientific qualification variables. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, two measures were adopted: the Social intelligence measure and university violence on a sample of 107 university students randomly selected. After statistical processing of data, the results found that there is a significant negative correlation between social intelligence and university violence. The results also showed a difference in the relationship between social intelligence and university violence attributed to both the sex and scientific qualification variables among the members of the study sample.
