Obstacles to the administrative creativity of Algerian youth and sport

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the obstacles of administrative creativity in the Algerian directorates of youth and sport. The field study was conducted at the Directorate of Youth and Sports Borj Baji Mukhtar – Adrar So as to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive method was applied using a measurement questionnaire applied on a sample of 14 individuals among the overall employees working in the directorate of Youth and Sport of Borj Baji Mukhtar – Adrar, this sample was randomly selected, and in the processing of data, the statistical package system spss was adopted. The study concluded that there are no mental obstacles blocking the administrative creativity of Youth and Sport in Borj Baji Mukhtar. However, there are emotional constraints, and the motivation and organizational constraints blocking the administrative creativity in the directorate of Youth and Sport. And based on that, it was concluded that there are obstacles hindering the administrative creativity of the Youth and Sports directorate, Borj Baji Mukhtar - Adrar.
