Abstract: The study aimed to know how Facebook network contribution in promoting civic values among young people as the most popular slide them according to our study previously about the role of these networks in support of the educational process at University students, 85% of students use Facebook for multiple purposes, So we have used in our study this descriptive analytical field, through the identification of three axes have been applied to a sample (010), as was some Facebook pages promoting civic values and other pages carry the ideas of extremism, racism and immigration. Etc, And the fact that Facebook is many concepts related to a citizenship values make young people take pride in all that is Western and are looking to local citizenship values look backwardness and ignorance which poses a threat to national security and stability and hampers as well as general practices for development And preservation of national, and accordingly reflected the need to use Facebook to promote the values of citizenship by the State for what it displays screeners of ideas and views and not pandering subversive ideas that affect the security and stability of society.
