The study aimed to identify one of the strange phenomena that are prevalent in the society and penal institutions in particular. The phenomenon of tattoos, which is considered a non-verbal language, has multiple implications. In this study, we try to find out that the tattoos of prisoners in the Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Foundation Batna state, reflects the reality of pent-up sexual tendencies or not. The researcher relied on the clinical approach. The sample included three prisoners who placed shampoo on various areas of their bodies. The test was used to test the rorshaq and semi-directed interviews to answer the study's questions. And the changes that occur in adolescence make them resort to tattooing as a means of expressing what is inside them. The results of the study also revealed that the prisoner who puts a tattoo of sexual significance is expressing his desire and inclination to the same sex.en_US
