Abstract: The working class in Algeria after independence did not take its structure as it appeared in Marxist thought, but it took a break from all its accumulation and that productive relations did not have an effective impact on the productive forces as required, the strength of sociological variables made the working class in Algeria to take several paths that took it up To split into two categories, one overwhelming one over the other is overwhelmed by the belief that the directives or reference frameworks have contributed to forming the categories of workers, so that we understand and define the nature and content of these frameworks that we defined in the political, legal, and economic contexts. We are trying to clear the curtain on this multifaceted phenomenon: it is a phenomenon linked to the economy as the working class is the actor who directs the economy and is a political phenomenon because of its organic or inorganic association with it. It is a social phenomenon as it is also related to social and cultural realities and its impact on the behavior of individuals.
