The purpose of this study is to determine how environmental factors can influence the creation of new women-led businesses in the Maghreb region. The results show that the impact of GDP per capita and the female unemployment rate is positive, while that of the corruption index is negative. In addition, the effect of the inflation rate, the entry cost, and the tax rate is negative but statistically insignificant.en_US
