Abstract

ظهرت البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في السبعينات من القرن الماضي على يد العالمين الامريكين الدكتور جون غرندر و ريتشارد باندرا تعتمد على مقاربة بين برمجة الكمبيوتر و برمجة الانسان، في مجال العلاجات النفسية كتقنية ترمي لتطوير قدرات الفرد، وايجاد وسيلة لتغييرها و الوصول بالفرد الى ان يؤثر و يقنع. لكن الإشكال هو لما يتم الايحاء السلبي لطريقة التفكير عن طريقة صيغة الاتصال البشري بشبكة الإنترنت ضمن العالم الافتراضي وفق مؤشرات الهندسة النفسية كأداة رئيسية لتنفيذ الجريمة. ويكون هذا الانتهاك الغير الأخلاقي لغايات محدّدة، وما يُطلق عليها أيضاً مسمى جرائم الإنترنت الشخصية، والتي تقتضي الحصول بطريقة غير شرعية على هوية الأفراد وتسلب إرادتهم. الكلمات المفتاحية : البرمجة اللغوية العصبية ؛ الايحاء السلبي ؛ الجريمة الالكترونية .
