Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين متغير الضغط المدرك و متغير حل المشكلة الاجتماعية لدى عينة من أعوان الحماية المدنية الجزائرية، بحيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 66 عون حماية مدنية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بمديرية الحماية المدنية لولاية المدية. وتم استعمال مقياس حل المشكلة الاجتماعية لدزوريلا ومقياس إدراك الضغط(PSS10) لتقدير المتغيرين. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية باستعمال معامل ارتباط بارسون توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط المدرك وحل المشكلة الاجتماعية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط المدرك والتوجه الإيجابي نحو المشكلة. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط المدرك والتوجه السلبي نحو المشكلة. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط المدرك و بعد الحل العقلاني. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط المدرك و بعد الاندفاعية و لامبالاة. - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط المدرك و بعد التجنب. الكلمات المفتاح : ضغط المدرك؛ الحماية المدنية؛ حل المشكلة الإجتماعية. Abstract : the objective of the study is to discover the relations between perceived stress(PSS) and social problem-solving in the Algerian firefighter. consisted of 66 randomly selected firefighter Assistants (Médéa State Civil Protection Directorate) and the measure of social problem solving for D'zorella and perceived stress scale (PSS10) was used to estimate Both variables After statistical treatment using the Parson correlation coefficient, we obtained the following results: - There is a statistically significant relationship between perceived pressure and the resolution of social problems among the firefighter. - There is a statistically significant relationship between perceived pressure and positive attitude towards the problem. - All partial hypotheses (dimensions) were achieved only the fifth hypothesis of avoidance (there is no relationship between perceived pressure and avoidance style).
