أسباب الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التربية البدينة والرياضية وعلاقتها ببعض الإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية A Descriptive Study on a Sample Of Teachers From Secondary And Middle School In The City Of Batna

Abstract

عد مهنة التدريس واحدة من المهن الضاغطة، ويترتب على ذلك بعض الآثار السلبية التي تنعكس على توافقهم المهني وصحتهم أيضا، فقد هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أسباب الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بأهم الإضطرايات السيكوسوماتية ، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطورين المتوسط والثانوي لولاية باتنة موسم 2017-2018، ليتم إختيار 108 أستاذ بطريقة عشوائية، ومن أجل جمع البيانات إعتمد الباحثان على مقياسي الضغوط المهنية والإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية ، وتم التوصل إلى: 1- إن العوامل المرتبطة بالإمكانيات المادية للمدرسة، والمرتبطة بالراتب الشهري للمعلم، بالإضافة إلى العوامل المرتبطة بالتوجيه التربوي الرياضي من أهم أسباب الضغوط المهنية التي يعاني منها الأساتذة. 2-تعتبر آلام أسفل الظهر أهم إضطراب، ثم بعد ذلك بعض الإضطرابات الخاصة بالجهاز الهضمي والعضلي والهيكلي والنفسي والعصبي، وبصفة عامة إنخفاض في نسبة الأعراض السيكوسوماتية عند أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية. 3- عدم وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين الضغوط المهنية بالإضطرايات السيكوسوماتية لدى الأساتذة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغوط المهنية ؛ أساتذة التربية البدينة والرياضية ؛ الإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية. Abstract :Teaching is one of stressful jobs with make teachers not satisfied with professional harmony Also on their health.This study came to know the real reasons of professional pressures and the major psychosomatic troubles with suffer from Physical Education And Sports Teachers, also to determine the kind of relationship between professional pressures and psychosomatic troubles.The two researchers adopt the descriptive approach because of its suitability with nature of study.The research population consists of Physical Education And Sports Teachers from secondary and middle school from the city of batna, school year 201/2018, 108 teacher were selected randomly .For data –collection ,the two researchers rely on the scale of professional pressures of physical education and sports teachers , and the psychosomatic troubles scale(two scales are confirmed).The two researchers reach to these results: 1-The major reason of this professional pressures linked to material potentials of schools ,factures linked to teachers salary , also factors linked to educational guidance of sport. 2-Lower back pain is the major troubles witch suffer from teachers of Physical Education And Sports ,then digestive system troubles ,musculoskeletal ,psychological troubles generally law rate of psychosomatic troubles with Physical Education And Sports teachers . 3- There is no relationship between professional pressures and psychosomatic troubles with physical education and sports teachers.
