استخلاص الفلافونيدات و تثمين الفعالية المضادة لأكسدة لنبتة صحراوية Sonchus tenerrimus.L

Abstract

منذ القدم استخدم الإنسان النباتات الطبية لعلاج مختلف الأمراض.نجد اليوم أن العديد من الأدوية ذات مصدر طبيعي مباشر أو غير مباشر. يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة فيتوكيميائية للنبتةSonchus tenerrimus.Lمن العائلة النجمية (Asteraceae)،مع تثمين فعاليتها البيولوجية. ونتيجة لتوقف العمل التطبيقي بسبب جائحة كوفيد 19، توجهنا نحو دراسة نظرية موسعة للموضوع، حيث تطرقنا فيها لدراسة بيبليوغرافية لنبتة S.tenerrimus إضافة لدراسة فعاليتها البيولوجية (الفعالية المضادة للأكسدة والسمية الخلوية) من خلال تحليل مقال علمي عنها. أما الجزء التطبيقي فقد ارتأينا تعويضه بدراسة تحليلية بنيوية لمركبين فلافونيديين من أصل نباتي:Apéginineو.CacticineA

Since centeries,man have been using medicinal plants for treatment of various diseases. Many of the drugs availebale today origenated either directly or indirectly from natural sources. The object of this research is to carry out a phytochemical studyof the Sonchus tenerrimus.L plant,belonging to the Asteraceae family, and the evaluation of its biological activities. Because of the current situation of COVID19, the exprimental studies and work have been suspended.We decided, then, to go for an expended theorecal study of the subject, where we approached a bibliographic study of the plant S.tenerrimus,besides studying its biological activities(antioxidant activity and cytotoxicity) through analysing a scientific article about it.
