| Abstract: | الهدف من المذكرة هو دراسة مقارنتية للخواص الكهروحرارية للسبيكةFe73Nb3Cu1Si15.8B7 ,أين تحصلنا على نتائج جد مهمة بين معامل سيباك والمقاومية الكهربائية بدرجة الحرارة بداية من درجة حرارة الغرفة الى .أين بينت النتائج المتحصل عليها درجات الحرارة بجميع المتغيرات الطورية لبنية العينة و التي من خلالها تم انتقالها من الحالة اللابلورية الى الحالة البلورية The objective of the memory is a comparative study of the thermoelectric properties of the alloy Fe73Nb3Cu1Si15.8B7 where we obtained very important results between the seebeck coefficient and the electrical resistivity to from room temperature 700 °C. Where the obtained results showed the temperatures of all the phase variables of the sample structure and through which It has been transferred from the amorphous to the crystalline state |
