Abstract: In light of the constant complexity of work methods and continuous transformations in various fields, the current work environment is characterized by rapid change, especially with regard to the human element and its preservation, as this topic occupies many institutions, especially economic ones, and many research and studies have been interested in studying the environment The work of the human resource and how to improve the conditions of work in it, and in this context, attention to the quality of an individual's professional life is one of the modern and approved administrative programs in the field of human resources management that contribute to achieving the stability of the human resource, and therefore we aim through this study to find out the quality effect Alive Professional on the stability of human resources in the economic institution - based on a sample of Social Security "CNAS" Foundation Ouargla workers, in order to access the results can be generalized to the rest of the Algerian institutions, and most of them the results obtained through this study include: 1- Promote workers' participation in their decisions and opinions; 2- Contribute to finding solutions at the management level; 3- Providing workers' needs and requirements; 4- Enhancing social relations between workers, breaking the work routine, and creating an entertaining family atmosphere to enhance the morale of workers.
