dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at identifying the prevailing methods of Learning among first year students in social sciences at Yahia Fares University, as well as to know the differences in Learning methods used by students of Social Sciences at Yahia Fares University according to the gender variable, where the study sample consisted of 126 students from the first year Social sciences, and in data collection was used as a module of learning methods according to Biggs. Results of the study indicated that the method of deep learning prevailed over superficial learning style of the first year students of social sciences at Yahya Fares University, and that a statistically significant effect of the sex variable inprefering deep learning style preference in males females.en_US
