Abstract

This paper is aiming at examining one of the important topics in human & social sciences " the social interaction at university " being the main factor of the social capital in making the social relationship network; which contributes in the activity of any of us within the society, university teachers in particular. This paper Is intended trying to check how to enhance the researcher teachers' scientific activities through identifying some of the factors governing the social relationship within the university environment.
