Abstract: The organizational effectiveness is considering one of the most important goals sought by organizations, so the concept of organizational effectiveness has been associated with almost every administration phenomenon is an attempt to understand the meaning of organizational success, predict and try to realise it. In depth comprehension of organizational effectiveness subject and its relevance to many aspects of technical, administrative and behavioural. The effectiveness is a concept which took a place. There is a considerable controversy about the meaning of the organizational effectiveness ’s concept , which is one of the most notable concepts of social sciences, especially organization and management, for that reachers are unable to reach agreement on this concept as a result of different interpretation that it has influenced by the inputs used in its study, the measurement indicators from each approach or model is began, as well as the factors that are influenced and the determinants that work within it. To highlight on this concept for its important in the organizational and administrative field, we address that in this article through the most important basic approaches, various opinions and contributions of reachers in the subject.
