dc.description.abstractThe present study aimed to detect the role of parents of students as a mechanism to reduce the cheating phenomenon in the school environment from the perspective of the educational community members, and to measure the significance of differences in this role between the members of the educational group that may be attributed to their job and professional seniority. The research was applied to a sample of members of the educational group (educational counselor, educational supervisor, professors and teachers) number (79) working in middle and secondary school in (Saida and Sidi Bel Abbes), to achieve the objectives of the study researchers used descriptive exploratory method and the questionnaire, after testing the hypotheses statistically the results of the study as follows: - There is a moderate view towards the role of parents of students as a mechanism to reduce the phenomenon of cheating in the school environment. - There are no statistically significant differences in the role of parents of students as a mechanism to reduce the phenomenon of cheating in the school environment among between the educational group attributed to the position of their work, and due to their professional seniority. In light of the theoretical framework and the results of the study, the researchers presented a set of recommendationsen_US
