dc.description.abstractThe articl aims to treat a very important subject in the field of the management culture, which is the relationship between each of the official institutions and the society where it exists, especially the traditional society, so the problematic becomes whether the institution is an organization which normalizes the society of its -organization-culture? Then, the society becomes dependent and submissive to the culture of the local community -traditionalconcerning its management. This is because of a social culture of this community has an effect in a direct or indirect way on the organizational culture in order to be a solid institutional culture, considered the main motive of its management culture, and also of its success and efficiency, so this culture plays a primordial role in order that the employee feels that he belongs to the institution, at the base of all that he becomes ready to sacrifice of it, and even for the continuity.en_US
