dc.description.abstractmental health at work has become a subject of primary concern to researchers and specialists in various fields such as occupational medicine, ergonomics, anthropology, and. psychology, They have tried to analyse what is happening and understand a set of concepts linked to the problem: anxiety, work stress, burn-out, professional alienation, moral and sexual harassment. The suffering caused by the pressure of work has become a characteristic of our time. To try to analyse and understand these new forms of discomfort and suffering at work, we propose in our article, to highlight the theoretical framework dealing with the phenomenon, the factors and causes that lead to it, the effects on individuals and organizations on the one hand, and the means for care and prevention on the other handen_US
