مقاربة إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال كآلية لتطوير وتنمية قيادة مبدعة ومبتكرة في المنظمات المعاصرة

Abstract

الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو تبيان ماهية مفهوم إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال كمدخل إداري حديث، ومدى مساهمته كأسلوب إداري منتهج من مساعدة المنظمات المعاصرة على تطوير وبناء قيادة مبدعة ومبتكرة، تمكنها من الاستمرار والبقاء في ظل بيئة تتسم بالمنافسة الشديدة وعدم اليقين، وذلك من خلال انتهاج المنهج التحليلي الذي مكّن الباحث من معرفة ما يجب أن يكون عليه حال المنظمات المعاصرة وكيفية بناء وتطوير وتنمية قيادة مبدعة ومبتكرة في منظمات الأعمال، إذ توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال يمكن أن يكون منهجاً إدارياً جديداً يعمل على فسح المجال أمام قادة المنظمات المعاصرة للإبداع والابتكار، مما يساهم دون أدنى شك في بناء وتطوير قيادة مبدعة ومبتكرة داخل هذه المنظمات. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the concept of business process reengineering as a modern management approach, and how it contributes as a systematic management approach by helping contemporary organizations develop and build innovative and innovative leadership that enables them to survive in an environment of intense competition and uncertainty.
