Abstract: The objective of the study was to identify the degree of availability of cognitive competencies in accordance with the plaques included in the new Physical Education and Physical Education Curriculum for the first year. To address this problem, we used the analytical descriptive approach because it is more consistent with this study by relying on the quantitative method of judging the objects to be analyzed. The study was conducted within the time limits extended from 04 January 2019 to 03 March of the same year In order to collect the data from the sample of the study represented in all competencies of the new physical education and sports curriculum for the first year middle school, we designed a six-axis content analysis tool that represents the six levels of the Bloom’s Taxonomy (knowledge, Understanding, Application, Analysis, Synthsis, Evaluation ), Data and Emissions Results The percentages for the calculation of frequencies were used for each level. The results of the study revealed a weakness in the availability of knowledge competencies according to the Bloom platform in the new Physical Education and Sports curriculum for the first year of average
